Wildewood

The Wildewood Neighborhood was conceived by Heath Manning and Donnie Boyd who developed each section at a time. The total WildeWood community now covers about 1600 acres with a golf course and a country club. As lots were sold in each succeeding section, the developers 'turned over' control of each neighborhood to its own Home Owners' Association. WildeWood property owner government is made up of associational sections.

Homes in Wildewood have 3-6 bedrooms with approximately 1,500 – 9,000 square feet and ranging in price from $150,000 – $1.3 Million.

Amenities
The community includes polo fields, horse stables, a golf course, and a country club. WildeWood is buffered by Sesqui-Centennial State Park, which covers roughly 1500 acres.

Wildewood is located in Richland 2 School District with students attending Polo Road Elementary, Wright Middle and Spring Valley High Schools.

The home owner’s association is governed by each neighborhood within the subdivision with home owner’s fees of $155 per month for the townhomes and $610 per year for estate homes.
