Quail Hollow

Established in the early 1970’s, Quail Hollow quickly became known as West Columbia’s up-scale neighborhood. From its convenient location (nestled just off of Highway 378, between I-26 and I-20) residents enjoy short commutes to work in Lexington, Columbia, Irmo and all surrounding areas.

The Quail Hollow Swim & Racquet Club sits next to the scenic Saluda River, a small, neighborhood park rests secluded beneath shady trees, and many homes overlook one of the two neighborhood ponds. Quail Hollow has ample lot sizes and fully-grown wooded areas for walking or just sitting on your porch enjoying the natural wildlife.

Quail Hollow is an active community with several social events planned throughout the year, including a May BBQ/picnic in the park, Halloween and Easter parties for the kids, and a Christmas social. They also have a neighborhood supper club, garden club, and swim & racquet club.

Homes in Quail Hollow range from 2-5 bedrooms and 1300 – 6000 square feet. The price of homes in Quail Hollow start in the $150,000’s and go to the upper $700,000’s.

Quail Hollow is located in Lexington Two School District with students attending Riverbank Elementary, Northside Middle and Brooklyn Cayce High Schools.

Quail Hollow is governed by their own Home Owner’s Association with dues ranging from $60 – $1,100 per year depending on which section of the community you reside.
